Best Pre Workout Tips

Here are a few tips and tricks to get some extra oomph out of your training days.

  • Eat 2-3 grams carbs per pound of body weight daily.
  • Consume 1-2 grams protein per ound of body weight daily.
  • Eat a carb heavy pre-workout snack 1 hour prior to training.
  • Consume a whey protein shake within 30 minutes after completing your workout.
