Here are a few tips and tricks to get some extra oomph out of your training days.
- Eat 2-3 grams carbs per pound of body weight daily.
- Consume 1-2 grams protein per ound of body weight daily.
- Eat a carb heavy pre-workout snack 1 hour prior to training.
- Consume a whey protein shake within 30 minutes after completing your workout.
- Stretch in between sets
